The refreshed Tinte Red Mountain Retreat is a comfortable home nestled in the midst of our 5 acre vineyard on Red Mountain near Benton City, WA.
The 4 bedroom home offers a master (king) bedroom with a full bath, a junior master (king) bedroom with its own 3/4 bath, and 2 more (queen) bedrooms that share a 3/4 bath. Guests can make use of a fully appointed kitchen with standard appliances and a dining table that seats 8. The central living room features comfortable seating and a view of the vineyards and sunsets from inside.
Large outdoor spaces both front and back add options for those looking to enjoy a glass of wine or meal outdoors, surrounded by the vineyard. The sizeable back patio features a very large table with bench seating, a propane barbecue grill and a bike rack. In the front of the home, a group of Adirondack style chairs create a relaxed outdoor setting to enjoy the view and frequently amazing sunsets.
Reliable internet connectivity via wifi is provided that adequately handles email and basic web surfing but only the simplest of streaming services, as service to the home is via fixed wireless due to the property's location and lack of cable connections. Most cell phone carriers have a reasonably good signal in the area. There is a television with DVD player and a good selection of classic DVD movies to choose from, along with a variety of board games.
